WILTshire

Our client wanted to transform a 45metre border that runs in front of a grand house whose origins reach back nearly 400 years. The beds stretch from areas of fully exposed sun to deep shade and therefore called for a wide range of perennial and seasonal planting that could be tied together with structural elements.

We used variety of roses amongst which La Ville de Bruxelles, Baronne Prevost, Blanche Moreau and Ipsilante were prominent. Other planting included Hydrangea arborescens lime rickey, Nepta racemosa 'Walker's Low', Paeonia lactiflora 'Angel Cheeks', Veronicastrum virginicum 'Fascination' and Album and Gypsophila 'Rosenschleier'.
